They benefit our health and can give give us more energy.

Fruits and Veges and Herbs contain more nutrients and special propeties than multi-vitamin tablets.

See the difference they make over time. They are fresher than we buy from the stores.

I will include some Raw-Food recipes that have a plenteous supply of Enzymes.

A daily intake of Enzymes are necessary for our body to carry out different tasks, not only digestion.

  Do you have a Jujube Tree? These are Chinese Dates - sweet and delicious and good for longevity.

They are also calming and help you sleep at night.


Jujube is both a delicious fruit and an effective herbal remedy. It aids weight gain, improves muscular strength and increases stamina. In Chinese medicine it is prescribed as a tonic to strengthen liver function. Japanese research has shown that jujube increases immune-system resistance. Antidote, diuretic, emollient, expectorant.  They are considered to purify the blood and aid digestion. They are used internally in the treatment of a range of conditions including chronic fatigue, loss of appetite, diarrhea, pharyngitis, bronchitis, anemia, irritability and hysteria. The root is used in the treatment of dyspepsia.
